When you contact our office it is a good opportunity for you to ask questions. All questions are welcome! Process? Costs? Expertise? If our front desk cannot provide you with the specifics, they will direct the questions to one of the clinical team members.
Set up consultation/assessment/treatment appointment
The front desk is responsible for booking all of the clinicians. They will help you find the appropriate service and clinical team member to work with you. Please note that the hours that each clinician works vary and that some clinicians may have a waitlist.
Meet with clinician, ask questions, review process
When you first meet with the clinician, it is important to us that you have the opportunity to collect all the information you need to move forward. We will review the process, confidentiality, and details of the services we offer so that you can make an informed choice.
Once you and the clinician have agreed on a course of action, we will go ahead and plan out the timing and outcomes.
